Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Legacy Driven Auto & Detailing website and the mobile auto detailing and preventative maintenance services we provide. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

Our Services

Legacy Driven Auto & Detailing provides mobile auto detailing and preventative vehicle maintenance performed at your location across Central Oregon. Service availability depends on scheduling, location accessibility, weather, and vehicle condition. We require a flat, accessible place to perform the work, and we bring our own water, power, and equipment.

Quotes, Pricing & Travel Fees

Prices shown on this site are starting prices and are estimates only. The final price is confirmed after an on-site inspection and depends on vehicle condition and any add-on services. Vehicle size affects pricing for paint correction and ceramic coating only; ceramic coating is quoted on a sedan baseline. Legacy Maintenance Program members receive flat-rate pricing for every vehicle, except that the first visit may be higher based on the vehicle's starting condition. Travel fees may apply based on distance. Preventative maintenance pricing is provided by quote.

Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be requested online or by phone or text. We will confirm availability and the scope of work before service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. We may reschedule appointments due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payments are processed through Square. By paying for a service, you agree to Square's applicable terms. We do not store your full payment card details on this website; payment information is handled by Square.

Legacy Maintenance Program (Membership)

The Legacy Maintenance Program is a recurring membership with its own terms, which you agree to in a separate membership agreement when you join. In summary:

• Members keep a payment card on file, and authorize Legacy Driven Auto & Detailing to charge it automatically on the recurring schedule for their chosen plan.
• Cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled visit requires at least 7 days' notice. Without that notice, the visit is charged in full, as if the service had been performed.
• Member pricing is a flat rate per service for every vehicle, with no size-based upcharges. The first visit may be priced higher based on the vehicle's starting condition; every visit after that is the flat member rate.
• Member pricing, included perks, and any complimentary visits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
• Membership may be cancelled subject to the notice requirements and any terms set out in your membership agreement.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We take care to perform our services professionally. However, you are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, or for items left in the vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us promptly so we can make it right. Remedies are provided at our reasonable discretion based on the circumstances.
