Do you serve Sunriver?

Yes. We detail in Sunriver and the surrounding resort area. It is one of the longer drives from our Prineville base, so a distance-based travel fee can apply — we confirm it in the quote.

Can you detail a vehicle at a vacation home while I'm not there?

Yes, as long as we have access to the vehicle and permission to be on the property. We are self-contained and do not need keys to the house, water, or power. We will send photos when the work is finished.

My car sat under pines all season and the sap baked on. Is it too late?

Usually not. Baked-on sap comes off with iron decontamination and a clay bar treatment, which is part of our Signature Detail Premium and also available on its own as a Decontamination Wash, from $145. If it has been there long enough to etch the clear coat, machine polishing takes out most of what remains. We tell you honestly what will and will not come out before starting.

Is ceramic coating useful on a car that mostly sits?

Yes, arguably more than on a daily driver. A coated finish gives sap, pollen, and standing water far less to bond to, so a car that sits for weeks comes back to a far easier clean-up.
